This site does not set cookies for visitors. It has no analytics and no advertising trackers.
Two things on the page come from other providers and may set or read their own cookies or log your IP address: the booking form (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) and the fonts (Google Fonts). The booking form only loads in the "book a call" section.
Your rights under GDPR and UK GDPR
- Ask what we hold about you, and get a copy
- Ask us to correct it or delete it
- Object to how we use it, or ask us to limit it
- Withdraw consent for emails at any time
- Complain to your data protection authority

Why we use your details
Waiting-list details are used because you asked to join (your consent and the steps you asked us to take before a possible contract). The legal basis for each use will be confirmed by our lawyer before this page is final.

- The registered legal entity that owns and operates SkyTubeAI (PRD.md lists BGM Agency LLC, AI Tycoonz and SkyWebAI; which one is it?)
- The address for legal notices
- Governing law and where disputes are heard (state or country)
- Countries served, and whether EU or UK visitors are targeted
- Minimum age for users
- How long waiting-list records are kept, and how many days a deletion request takes
- Where GoHighLevel stores the copied contact (region), and the R2 bucket region
- Pricing, payment processor and refund terms for when paid plans open
- The liability cap for the paid service
